integrate, harmonize, and develop revelation-based and reality-based science, for the benefit, welfare, and dignity of humanity;
improve relevance, quality, and creativity in research and scientific publications; and
increasing the capacity of institutions that are credible, accountable, and competitive.

develop students’ potential to become human beings who have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become citizens who are democratic, moderate, and responsible for the interests of the nation;

produce graduates who master science, technology, and art to fulfill global interests and increase the nation’s competitiveness;

produce scientific, technological and artistic research that pays attention to and applies Islamic values so that it is beneficial for the progress of the nation, civilization and the nobility of human dignity;

produce community service through science, technology, and art orientated towards Islamic values that are beneficial in promoting general welfare and educating the nation’s life in order to realize the dignity of humanity; And

realizing cooperation in the threefold missions (education, research and community service) of higher education to realize the nobility of human dignity at the local, national and international levels.

The university has the strategies as follows:
