Interview with Prospective International Students of UIN Salatiga Batch 7, Involving 2 Continents

On Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 2:00 PM, an interview was held with prospective international students applying to various programs at UIN Salatiga. The candidates, coming from countries such as Pakistan, Ghana, India, Yemen, Nigeria, Palestine, Uganda, and many more, participated in the interviews online via Google Meet. The purpose of the interview was to assess the candidates’ abilities and enthusiasm for studying at UIN Salatiga.

The online interviews were attended by several lecturers and volunteers from UIN Salatiga. The candidates were asked various questions about their motivations, their study durations, and some were even requested to recite a short surah from the Quran to evaluate their proficiency.

Additionally, the interviews were also open to prospective postgraduate students. They were interviewed by the Head of the Graduate School and the Graduate School Secretary. The international candidates were questioned about their plans for their thesis and dissertations if they were admitted to UIN Salatiga. (AAA/M ed.MFL)
