UIN Salatiga is ready to accept international students from Malaysia
02-01-2023-SALATIGA-State Islamic University of Salatiga is ready to accept the arrival of International students from Malaysia. This readiness can be seen from the visit of PT Darul Huffaz Group Malaysia on Tuesday (31/1). The visit received by the Center for International Cooperation Services (PLKI) under Research and Community Service Unit (LP2M) UIN Salatiga, which aims to explore the possibility of cooperation and exchange of Indonesian-Malaysian students.
the Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Cooperation of UIN Salatiga, Dr. Sidqon Maesur welcomed the visit, “Hopefully, this good intention to establish cooperation and friendship can run smoothly and can have a positive impact on both parties.”
On that occasion, the leadership of PT Darul Huffaz Group, Ikhwanul Mujahidin, M.Pd explained the development of tahfidz, hafidz/hafidzah achievements, and tahfidz scholarships in Malaysia. “Thank you for the great welcome. We will convey this UIN Salatiga campus that carries wasathiyyah or moderate values to students in Malaysia,” he continued, representing the group of 16 people.
The event then continued with a presentation on the structure of LP2M by the Head of LP2M, Hammam, Ph.D. and campus tours. (AA/MFL| ed: NHL)
